My mother died of cancer this year on May 1st , and this year has not been an easy year for anyone. We have made contact with AW Lymn Beeston office a couple of months before the event knowing the progress of mum's health. Donna from Beeston office has been very kind and sensible and offered us all the details of what needs doing when the unfortunate event will happen. Mum passed away on May 1st at 10 pm in our house, and after a couple of hours we called the 24hrs line and within 60 -90 mins the team from AW Lymn came and took mum to the funeral house. The guys were so professional, compassionate, kind and caring when they came and took her. Dressed and groomed impeccably, with an attitude that comforted us in those sad moments. Next day Donna called us and took us to all the steps and gave us loads of advice and options. They looked after us in a way that I cannot thank them enough. The day of the funeral, everything was in place, the team was top class. Truly impressed. They also organised our visit to the funeral house to see her. Everything was without fault. The 2 ladies at Lymns in Beeston dealt with our mums funeral iand they were friendly and professional all the way through. All of our questions were answered and we were given as long as needed to think things through. At a time when we were at our lowest they helped us decide on the best options.
