What can we say. Right from the first meeting with Dawn , who was so friendly and caring, Baguley Brothers showed us so much care and compassion at such a difficult and very sad time. They guided us right through making the arrangements for Mum's funeral every step of the way with such care, were communicative and very efficient. Francis the funeral Director, driver and attendants on the day of the funeral were so very kind and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. We would very highly recommend. Would recommend using Bagualy Brother's ,apart from lovely premises, it's like an elegant home . Dawn was easy to talk to and accomodating to my requests. Very professional and yet Friendly and personal. With a great team in place.

I couldn't have asked for more for my husband's funeral. Dawn, the funeral director was incredibly intuitive and supportive throughout the planning process and even more so on the day. I would highly recommend this company.
