    Crawleys provided the best care for my mother during the time she was placed in the Chapel of rest to the funeral service and cemetery. They did their upmost best to provide the best service despite the restrictions put on them by the Covid19 lockdown. They are all supportive and are available to those who need them throughout and post funeral. All are treated with dignity throughout. An excellent A++ service xx

    Our beloved Mummy and Granny died. When I called the L.J. Crawley & Sons Funeral Directors , I was amazed at the professionalism of the people who worked there. On behalf of my family and my brother's family, I would like to thank Victoria and Gentlemen, who have helped us through this difficult moment since the first call. We have received all kinds of help and support from these people. Even after the funeral, they provided comprehensive support. Thank you very much. If it comes to professional service, the price is the lowest. I recommend it to anyone who needs help during a difficult hour of loss. I recommend all %. Thank You So Much.

    You people should be ashamed of yourselves! If I could give you 0 stars I would have. As a small part of the funeral industry myself I am fully aware that things can be difficult but to verbally abuse someone then hang up on them when you finally do decide to answer the phone is outrageous and disgraceful. We have had this problem over and over again of never answering the phone or the front door, but when the phone finally was answered a man refuses to let us speak, yells that it is our fault he wasn't there to answer the phone and then hangs up on us, it is clear that you people should not be in business. What if it had been a client trying to arrange a funeral and all you have done is scream at them then hang up? This is not an isolated case either, every time Crawley's is nothing but rude and dismissive regardless of who they're speaking to. In future I suggest you either train your staff better or hire someone who actually cares even remotely about those they're laying to rest.
