First time order after reading good reviews. Sorry to say I found the food inedible. Very dry and over salted chicken with very poor cuts given. To cap it off several items missing from order

GREASY, OLD and SMELLY Food Any option for Zero stars? We are new to Nottingham,and ordered this after seeing online reviews. BUT, Trust me, all the 4 star reviews must have been put by their team itself. We lost our money, old greasy oil tasting chicken wings. We never had this much bad quality food from anywhere in the UK. I don't know if the government is not aware about these kind of health hazardous food providers. I called them and the cook/owner was just arguing. Wont even recommend to my worst enemy. Such an UNHEALTHY and hopeless place PS: I ordered via Deliveroo, I knew there was no refund option, I put feedback in the app, and also after calling and talking to you, I felt I should report this.The attitude of the guy picked up the call was the same as the one in the reply comment! Guys, please do justice to whatever job you are doing. What we ordered was a family platter, large quantity, of course we BIN it. Better to forget about some money than spoiling your stomach, as well as it's hard to get sick leave from the NHS as we are running short of staff If I have had enough time and energy, I would file a complaint straight away. This is not the result of mere frustration, but marking my protest.
