Let go 2 weeks before Christmas with no real reasoning or disciplinary. Personally I was open about my future, being young wanted a specialised career shortly following and being on probationary contract I find it was just the case of waiting for an opportunity to get gone as holiday pay was oncoming. The same day of being let go I was commended at my boxing club for team player with many other contenders for attributes like helping others, always positive and motivating others.
Senior management really need to investigate how operations are managed.
