Art of Flowers

For Valentines Day 2023 I used the ArtOfFlowers website to order a rose with a note, to be delivered to my girlfriends workplace. The only thing they did right was the delivery. They completely omitted words I asked them to put on the note, the handwriting was hard to make out, and the 22.50 rose snapped in two within 2 hours. I wrote them an email explaining the issues and requested a refund since I didnt receive the service and product I had paid for, not to mention the ruined Valentines Day for my girlfriend. However, 3 weeks passed and absolutely no response. I finally followed up with another, more upset, email and Yvette finally responded. She basically said it wasnt their fault, that Valentines Day was busy for them, and that was that. Just HORRIBLE and unprofessional. I would never ever use ArtOfFlowers again.

Ordered flowers online 7.30 am before shop opened via website for same day delivery. Didn't even see them or talk to florist - but i need not have worried. Beautiful contemporary arrangement delived to my friend who was unwell. They made her cry as so stunning Would recommend these florists. Excellent.
