Parc Flooring

We had to replace the flooring of our entire house with luxury vinyl. We chose this company because they came up with an affordable quote and (naively on our part) the guy was good at talking. The quality of the job is consistently low, with basically zero attention to details (e.g., borders and corners badly cut, random spaces left between boards, unglued boards, etc.). The guy completely misjudged the time needed. He was supposed to do the sealing -as per contract- but came up with an excuse and never finished the job. The results in some of the rooms are particularly appalling - e.g., the guy did not properly level the floor in the living room, which ended up being really wavy. So frustrating! When called for fixing the issues (and finish the job with the sealing of the new floor), we were booked in 4 times in vain. For 2 of these 4 times, the guy simply did not show up. No cancellation. He did show up the 5th time but he (badly) fixed 5% of the issues and did not seal the floor. He did however shamelessly ask us to pay the final invoice regardless. We should have trusted the (few) online reviews we found. Low quality, no accountability. We feel scammed. Do avoid this guy! Service: Install flooring
