From the initial conversation through to him completing the job, his professionalism and communication has been absolutely excellent.
Tony is extremely experienced and it shows in his work, he sent us photos of similar works, explained options, offered advice and suggestions, and kept us updated right the way through to completion. No upselling, just a genuine chap and solid service.
Ok, last thing, how he gets a screed that smooth is a thing of wonder, literally like glass!!
