10 working days later, I have had to call them twice, told this is high priority and someone will be in contact. No one has been in contact and now I am on hold for over 50mins waiting to speak to someone.
Really not happy with this service right now.
They did get in contact with me in the end and delivered at the time they said and built everything very quickly this is why I have changed this to 3 stars.
