Had a delivery, of spam fritter bread roll, jacket potato with cheese beans and salad, jacket came with just butter, rang shop to ask about order. Told me wasn't his fault it was the driver and a new member of staff. Asked if he could delivery rest of order he said no ring just eat for a refund.
Just eat charges 6 for the call plus mobile charges. Explained this to humber road chippy and he hung up on me. Will never spend another penny in that shop again. I will go into the shop to get my apology in person.
This is not the first time order has been wrong, he was just very rude.
