Avoid avoid avoid. Corrupt business practices - every invoice will come with a surcharge if you pay later than 21 days. The invoice will come by post around the 20 day mark. You have a very low chance of opening it. They don't respond to disputes but instead will file a claim over Christmas with the courts which you have 14 days to respond to. They will also try and sell you parts/new equipment that you don't need for double/triple the cost. If you use their services once, they will come back next year unannounced and invoice you for it. Stay away.
