Just completed my first purchase through TM SIPP. Emma has been extremely helpful through the journey and i have also been very impressed by the panel solicitors. All requests have been actioned promptly and they have worked closely with my financial adviser. I would happily recommend Emma and her team for any similar transaction.

I have dealt with T&M for a number of years now on an administrator to provider level and have always found all the various team members I've liaised with to be very helpful and quick at replying. Its a rare thing to have an almost "1-1" or direct support contact with Providers these days, but with T&M you do get a very personable style of contact/communication which makes my working life a lot easier on a day to day working relationship with them. They do seem to have our mutual clients in their thoughts and seem very pro-active in reaching out to us on a regular basis to ensure all the background admin work that goes into servicing a client over the year goes smoothly and they never give us the impression that our mutual clients are being neglected or miss-handled. Thank you to the T&M Team and hope this great level of service continues long into the future.

I have been dealing with Talbot & Muir now for over 4 years. I have found them very organised and responsive, for me that's all been down to Emma, I have to say. I don't spend days waiting for a reply to an email or a phone call, neither does my Financial Advisor which is really helpful. Well done T&M, Thank you!

I've had several dealings with Shannon and the team at T&M and their service and response times have been very prompt and efficient. It is very reassuring that client assets are being administered so carefully whilst being able to actually speak to someone! Please keep up the good work and continue to set industry standards.
