        An incompetent and fraudulent company. Does not contact the consumer and sends 0 notifications of outstanding debts 3 years and 0 contact. Some people don't even know they are in debt due to how some other companies do business i.e., Vodafone who keep charging customers after contract ends. These people need to be jailed, they are ruining people's lives. This company than sells the debts to other companies like Lowell another incompetent company.

        I have tried for 6 weeks to get in contact with this company. The voicemail is now full. They never answer calls or emails. I also live local to Nottingham and searched their address on Google maps and street view. It is a hotel. Why has my debt been passed to a false company running from a hotel that I can't contact?!
