Very friendly and helpful at the time of booking. Unfortunately, they didn't show up to quote. I missed a call an hour after the arranged time, I'm assuming it was someone from this company, but they didn't leave a voice mail. I called back one minute after they called and had texted twice too but haven't had a response since. I have sought quotes elsewhere now, as I haven't got time to chase. But, I would have considered continuing with this company, had they responded, as they seemed nice and life happens, I get it. It wasn't a small job, so it would be good feedback for you to take on board. Just let someone know, as we too have a life and time is precious. No bad blood though :D

Found Ace Fencing through a google search and noticed a local home had work completed by the team. Contacted via the website, quick to respond and came as arranged to measure and quote. Team came to do the job - very polite and professional and did a great job for a great price. Cannot fault it - will definitely be a returning customer and have recommended to family and friends. A vacant property of mine was broken into (windows smashed and the garden fence knocked down) - I rang up Ace Fencing with a relatively urgent request to board up the property & install new a fence, and I have to say, they did a phenomenal job. The quality of wood used was top notch and the methods of installation made my new fence significantly more secure than the one I previously had.
