Must be the worse one in the local area, no must be the county. Went to the drive though, longest queue due to customers having to wait a lengthy time at the collection window. When i did eventually arrive at the order point I was waiting ages before any orders were taken, to my dismay the order person actually took 5 orders from the other point before me although I was first in the queue it was not till I rested my hand on my car horn that they took my order. That meant that although I had been waiting ages they actually let 5 cars go before me. When I took it up with them all I got was a sorry for the wait. Next order goes to Ilkeston. If you have time on your hands then fine if not then avoid this MaDonalds.

Came here for food on multiple occasions as its the nearest McDonald's. Doesn't matter if you eat in or driv thru food is always stone cold, staff are rude when complaining about food. Don't usually mind a wait if its busy, but to have to wait 45 minutes for 2 nugget meals is ridiculous, especially when it's just frozen food and nothing fresh. Orderd online the other week and food again was cold and ordered a large meal and my fries was pathetic, only about 4 in the box! Would rather travel to Ilkeston, atleast its warm there!

Very slow restaurant especially the drive-thru, always being asked to park in bays!!
