The service by the shift manager was rude, & doesn't have any manners. Crispy chicken on the salad was dry , not up to much at all. Very disappointed

Really disappointed, as we usually order online all the time from here but it's gone down hill over the past couple of months, constantly getting orders wrong or missing several items all together. The food is almost always delivered cold as well. Very disappointed, the staff need some training for sure
