KFC Nottingham

I went early one midweek afternoon. There was no one at the drive-thru - so I though 'great'. What I didn't allow for was the Uber Eats, Just Eats, and other food couriers packed inside. There were at least six of them. I'd ordered a Bargain Bucket. After ten minutes sitting at the collection window, watching food couriers walk outside with literally armfuls of food (and then go back in to get some more) and packing it into a van, I began to scowl at people walking around inside and one of them came to ask me what I'd ordered. Christ, YOU should know! I told them, and a few minutes later I had my order. KFC is not geared up to high-volume service at the best of times. The couriers screw it up completely for normal people. I have never worked out how idiots would even consider ordering KFC, McDonalds, or other burgers, then have them ridden in a back pack for five miles to be delivered to them.

This restaurant isn't the greatest as the staff look bored, can't be bothered 2 serve customers, the food is cold, orders take too long to make up and/or missing items of food order/drinks. Went again 2 this restaurant, staff look over worked, got my daughter's meal back and she went 2 pick up her drink only 4 it 2 spill everywhere, lid must not have been on tight enough, having 2 stop her crying now. Management need re-training!!!!

RUN, DONT WALK, TO THE MCDONALDS OPPOSITE! Sooooo slow. Terrible, stale food. Dirty inside. Awful, save your time and money.

KFC Rating as of my last visit (29/04/23) This establishment needs rapid improvement. Nothing has changed since the last visit, in fact, standards have dropped massively. Quality of Food: - Orders prepared incorrectly, drinks flat, small portion sizes. Leadership and Management: - The Manager does not encourage a good enough standard of food. This makes the quality of food Inadequate and leads to an inconsistent standard in quality. Absolutely inadequate, Staff shortage and yet, they're turning down applications for their job offers from a lot of people... The leadership team have a lot to answer for. Location: - There are good links with transport. Parking: - There is sufficient parking Services: - Rude staff, hesitant and not looking interested in their job. Disappointing. Staff shortage, ridiculous wait times. This KFC is spiralling towards disaster; if not already. Food Hygiene: - Hygiene is good. Cleanliness of restaurant: - Too many dirty tables. Where are the cleaners? Toilets: - Not clean enough, needs consistently monitoring to reach a good standard. Overall Effectiveness: in most categories.
