I managed to delete the email with my order confirmation and link to download my tickets and only realised the day before the event. I emailed at 8:16am explaining what I had done and at 9:10 I had a reply with the download link for my tickets and they resent my original confirmation email as well. Fantastic customer service from Emmie.

I couldnt attend a thrice re-arranged gig from 2020, didnt have my tickets and they 1) answered my email in 5 mins 2) believed me and refunded them straight away and the cash hit my bank account the next day. Quality honest service. Completely unlike Ticketmaster!
