The Racing Room

The Racing Room really is an excellent place for parties or group outings. I've raced Scalextric there with friends from work, with my cycle club and my son's birthday party. After my son had his party, Tom who runs it gave us advice to setup a digital Scalextric at home. Not only that but he recently repaired some cars we were having problems with! He really goes out of his way for others with his passion for Scalextric. I spoke to Tom recently who told me the circuit at The Dragon in Nottingham is having refurbishment. In the future when completed, I'll be back with my friends to try it out. Contact Tom and try out this little hidden gem of Nottingham.

It is unique, ingenious, addictive and visually spectacular. Thinking "Scalextric" may lead you to the wrong conclusion - it is streets ahead!

The Scalextric track that everyone dreams of as a kid! And personalised for Nottingham. Much fun and not in the least bit competitive (sarcasm mode). All the fun of driving fast cars without quite so much risk of injury.

Had a brilliant time at the Dragon. The guy running the show is fantastic, the track is better than anything you had in your childhood and you can drink beer while you race. The only downside is I can only rate it 5 stars. Give it a go. You'll not be disappointed.
