        Having called before hand and spoke to a very nice person, we arrived at midnight. We were given a friendly welcome, and luckily it was not busy. Our dog was triaged by a lovely nurse, who was professional and caring. We didn't have to wait long to see a vet. The vet was very calm and caring with our dog. She examined and explained everything clearly and professionally. The only gripe is the cost regarding the meds given.

        The service was very efficient. We did not have to wait. The Vet gave our dog a thorough examination and communicated very clearly with us . Some medication was given as well clear advice on how to care for our dog over the next few weeks.
