Fantastic and fast service. I ordered at dinner time yesterday, didn't pay for expedited postage and it arrived before 10am today.

I recently rang to report that my order had not been delivered although the courier said it had I rang and explained this to the female who answered, when our call was finished she didnt hang up correctly. Although I tried to attract attention to let her know, I spent over 5 mins listening to her disparaging comments. Comments made to her male colleague about me as a customer, my small order, not waiting long enough for delivery, interupting her banana eating, updating my contact info and the absurd idea that couriers take photos these days of deliveries. My parcel was recovered 48 hours later the courier had never made the delivery to me! The whole episode left me extremely upset and will be looking into an alternative supplier for the future. **I feel it only fair to update my review . Since my original post I have been contacted directly by a representative of the company and I have received a genuine apology for my experience. Thank you
