They did the pap testing to see where powerless was from and they seemed abit clueless but did state its Phase out(L1) which is the electric suppliers issue and can only be done by them ok fair enough. But still tried to give it a go, but defo nothing could of been done and only western distribution could fix. But he called his dad who is an engineer electrician to confirm it, dad offered to come out. So bare in mind I didnt ask for the dad to come out to confirm the electrician did being has he should know what hes doing seen has hes a professional. He did say dads call out is 120 ok, you called him I didnt! His dad then came out looked at the box and confirmed yes phase out its electrical suppliers issue all of 2 minutes! Got my invoice for call out of 80 and 2nd hour 40 ok dont have an issue with that at all, but 120 also for engineer call out of 120! He called his dad has he was unsure which is his issue not mine. Western distribution then came out fixed the problem within 2 minutes, mention had an electrician out and he struggled to get to the bottom and straight away said clearly shouldnt be one if he doesnt know whats a suppliers issue or not. I believe they knew what the issue was and tried to pull the wool over our eyes, so just warning anyone please please only use trusted electricians on the registered database of electricians.I have also reported the issue to trading standards and NICEIC.
