World class service by the company. Even though one of the outdoor lights I ordered were out of stock they made sure to arrange separate deliveries at a convenient time. They made no fuss about it. Big thanks to Hannah Parker also for the communication throughout this process.

I've just had probably the best on line trading experience since fax machines were useful! I bought some LED pendant lamps from Alert which have been fitted and working for some time now without problem. Then one decided not to work any more! I rang not really expecting too much and spoke to Hannah thinking I could maybe purchase a replacement part. Hannah leapt into action and arranged for the faulty lamp to be exchanged almost overnight at no cost to me. Such exemplary customer service is rare indeed nowadays and she must be highly commended for delivering such. As a result I will be strongly recommending Alert Electrical to my circle of friends and colleagues. Thanks again Hannah.
