        Cross St Long Eaton: Something not right. Charger was operating well initially, expecting 60-90 mins to full from 84%, returned after ~ 50 minutes to find it had stopped at 89% after only 3.85kWh ?? Did someone stop it? Was it a fault? Help. Never had an issue with Instavolt until today.

        bit of a faf with the app so I gave up and just used a bank card... just a shame it's so expensive, charge at home on economy 7 and it's a 10th of the cost. I think instavolt are trying to become a BP in the EV arena ..... at least it's not Osprey prices....

        After a nightmare with all the motorway chargers someone recommended InstaVolt and bingo it worked like a dream! Easy to use and super quick. Worth every penny for convenience!

        First time user of InstaVolt a few days ago and it was a great user experience. 2 charge points at this location. Just tap with contactless payment and plug in to charge. Simple & quick - just as it should be - no messing around with apps, accounts or separate RFID cards. Only downsides are the cost (to be expected with high speed charging) and spaces are just normal size bays and should allow more space to move around the vehicle due to cables protruding from vehicles
