        Used these chargers a couple of times. They are reliable and not yet seen them out iof service Theres a Costa, McDonalds and a good retail park here.

        I used charger 2. When I got to 80% I tried to stop charging but found this impossible to achieve using the touch screen. I called the helpline with no joy in getting through. Fortunately I have the app and managed to stop charging this way. This is the first poor experience I have had of Instavolt so 3 stars..

        My mum brought a electrical car and was struggling with getting the app and to start charging the car, a lady named Charn stayed on the phone for nearly an hour and helped set the app up in order to charge the car, Brilliant customer service, brilliant advice. Thank you
