I had explored utility warehouse previously, however at the time it wasn't right for us. During lockdown I decided to look into it again using Chris at cutting your costs who we met via zoom. Chris went through the online process explaining everything clearly, you could see everything on screen and it was very simple to use. We decided to go ahead, the process was straight forward, if we had any queries Chris answered us pretty much instantly. Chris provides excellent customer service, really knows his business and you can tell how passionate he is about helping families and saving people money.
