Chilwell Launderette and Dry Cleaners

Brilliant customer service here, can't fault the staff... The one launderette where they are happy to help, and give change for the dryers and washers.... Best launderette by far in the area. And its mostly kept clean and tidy, and washers are wiped down with anti bac fluid...UPDATED Times below:-. There are now updated hours for Saturday only - 9AM until 3PM on Saturdays..... Always good , and friendly service.. here.... Best launderette in Beeston/ Chilwell by far.....!!! ..... Still good service wash here...HOURS HAVE CHANGED:- SEE PHOTO POSTED - 26/04/2023

I used this company to clean a duvet. I used the drop off and clean service. When I collected this and opened the duvet from the packaging, it was clearly not cleaned at all. I took it back and the staff inspected it and confirmed it hadnt been cleaned. They said they would clean it again. I have collected this for a second time and again its not been cleaned but simply wrapped up in packaging. I am unsure why this is being done as twice is no mixup. I wouldnt recommend this company for a drop and pickup service. I paid 16 for the clean and its not worth my time to get back again for them to rectify for a third time. Services: Laundry pick-up, Comforter cleaning, General bedding cleaning
