I had a skirt and coat cleaned. Went to go pick it up on the day wed agreed but they were closed at 4.30 instead of 5.00. I cant get there any earlier because of work. Hung around for a bit, rang a lot but no answer. I rang today to check they were open before making the special trip again. I was told they had had a visitor yesterday which was why they closed early. Sorry, but if you have a business, you cant just clock off without so much as a note on the door. I had rearranged meetings to get there. Anyway, picked it up and the guy was pleasant enough so I thought Id let them off and give them the benefit of the doubt. However, when I got home, it appears my coat wasnt even cleaned. I bought this coat second hand, it smelled of the previous owners perfume which was the whole reason for cleaning. It still smells exactly the same and there are still dust and fibre flecks all over it. I wont be visiting again.
