Nothing to fault, the lady was very helpful here. The place is clean and in a convenient location with on street parking at off peak hours. I dont have a dryer so it is handy to come here during winter to dry bedding laundry in one go. Paid 3 for two king size bedding sets and a blanket.

The lady with the bulbous nose was extremely rude when we brought in 9 shirts and a few of my wife's dresses for dry cleaning. Complained that this was an hour of her day she'd never get back simply tagging clothes, displayed a completely rotten attitude and did not seem to care about the image she was presenting to not only us but other customers. Overall her attitude was very negative and uncaring, stating that "this isn't a dry cleaners, it's a laundrette" with a condescending tone that inferred stupidity (even though it literally says dry cleaners on the front of the shop). After charging 60.75 for the shirts, I decided to cancel my order and take my shirts back as I stated I would not be spoken to like that and mentioned that I no longer trusted her with either my or my wife's garments. We went to Timpson's in Gamston instead where we were served by a wonderful lady who charged us 22 for 9 shirts instead of 60.75. I would highly recommend that you avoid this business as they clearly do not care for your business not to mention overcharging. You can do a lot better elsewhere. She deserved the absolute earful I gave her. Would happily give it again.
