Had a quote in March didn't contact me for 6 months I had to call and call and call .. they came and fitted two large windows and a bay window and front door .. my parents looked after the install as I was at work . When I got home my new windows were more draughty than the old ones .. fitment was shocking!! I am now still waiting for them to put right the bodge job they originally did ... word of warning COWBOYS.
