Dr A R Ali - Adam House Medical Centre

I needed a medication prescription however the IT system would not allow this to be prescribed until I had a GP review. Was seen by GP within 25 minutes and had review. Medication prescribed.

I am giving 1 star to this GP practice as I don't have any options to give zero.I had many incidents with this GP practice since I joined which caused missing some serious cardiac diagnosis of my Son and I end up taking him to India to sort my Son's issue and so many other incidents in 1year with him and his practice . Very recently this morning I had been with Dr Ali who is the leading physician in this practice for my son.Since from the start of consultation he was in hurry to kick us out from his room.He hasn't listen to my son's problems patiently he was trying to finish his consultation in 2 mins with out even listening what I want to tell.My son was complaining of chest pain and Dr Ali don't even ask me where the chest pain is,how does it comes or anything.I don't understand how he and his practice can assure patient safety.As l am a nurse I don't expect these kind of attitude from a healthcare professionals.None of the team member in this practice is helpful from receptionist to Doctor except chemist(they are brilliant). Receptionists never picks calls earlier than 45 mins, they never stick on what they says. I am tired of this practice and I am going to change them at the

Seem to just want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. No care to actually help with problems. We've since moved to Aitune in Long Eaton.

Me and my husband have just moved from Dr Ali's surgery Sandiacre, I've given them one star I wouldn't give him that if you could give them a big fat 0. Our new doctors on College Street Medical Practice only been there 2 weeks we are very impressed you can get through on the telephone, I've just dropped off my water sample within 5-minutes and nurse rang me back saying that I needed antibiotics half an hour later picked up from chemist on College Street how good is that
