Assarts Farm Medical Centre

This place is absolutely shocking the only thing I hear from them is no appointments for today literally thats all that ever comes out their mouth before you can even say anything. I dont know who manages this practice but the money grabbers need to do something urgently. Like get some properly trained staff in or an electronic booking system in place. No point having you on this lovely estate youre bloody useless I get more assistance and medical advice from the pharmacist in Singhs convenience store. Close yourself down and let someone else take over that know what theyre doing. Go focus on Bilborough practice. Its been like this for years nothing ever changes. If there was a % rate of gp patients to death rate, I would guess Assarts Farm are top in the Midlands with their 600+ patients and their 5 weekly appointments available. Some may call it suicide registering to this practice.

Just spoke with the most rudest receptionist, seriously outrageous the way she has just handled my phone call, highly recommend you go anywhere but here!!! Absolute joke to be honest

Literally been on phone for 1 hour 30 no one answers and in same queue position. How do you get an emergency appt?

On the phone for ages. Get through to 0 appointments at either surgery or GP+. Told to call back every day until an appointment opens up as they have no rotas for advancement appointments. Receptionist was rude on the phone. No option to book online. Can't comment on the actual surgery or gps as I can never get an appointment. I always end up having to phone 111 or pay for a private consultation. Looking tomove surgery.
