If I could give this surgery less than one star, I would. Apart from the nurses, the receptionists and GPSs hold nothing but contempt for their patients and wish to do the bare minimum. I cannot believe how badly Ive been treated and made to feel like a nuisance when I reluctantly looked for their help and support. If youre looking for a GP at this practice to investigate issues, talk to you like a human being and have one scrap of empathy, this is not the surgery for you.

I've tried to register with that GP, but that very unfriendly lady on the reception wasn't helpful at all. She shown no empathy for my situation and didn't even tried to help. She handed me the forms and required even my birth certification to verify who I am. As I've said I will bring all documents the very next day to the same time which was 5:30 pm she confirmed she would be waiting for me. The next day when I arrived the GP was closed. I've asked her the day after why it was closed and why she didn't imformed me in the first place, her answer was " we had training" like is there no weekly schedule or anything? After that she ckeck my form and mentioned that 1 information ( NHS number) was missing and basically send me back home. I never used GPs before, I only registered once when I moved to UK many years ago and I mentioned that, but no help nor empathy at all. Will look for a better GP now.
