Would give 0 stars if I could. Called up yesterday for a repeat prescription for my eye drops, was told will be all sent over to the chemist that day as I needed these desperately. Went to the chemist today and nothing, called the doctors only for them to say its been moved back to do today. I explained again that i needed them desperately for today. They were not bothered in the slightest. Absolutely terrible.

I don't have a help when i need . Do phone appointments this is mistake, mission impossible a special when you need see a doctor one or two times a year .

The system is a shambles. Arrived 10 minutes early and have waited an hour to be seen. Never mind the 30 minutes on hold trying to make the appointment.

I've been going to this surgery for years they are great. Don't know what all the bad reviews are. You can get through to them but obviously you have to ring early 8am on the dot. They have got a queue system. Only once they didn't have any appointments but the receptionist was lovely and advice me and made another appointment elsewhere which was fine it's still a Dr your seeing. The surgery has everything you can ask for I been looked after through all my pregnancies apart from one, illness and everything. Please don't put lime tree surgery down they are great and are doing the very best for their patients. Thankyou lime tree
