Hard to get an appointment. Apps not the best, but what makes things alot better Reception staff are helpful and very polite management deffinetly needs changing. They've made things worse! Locum Dr.s all the time with a bad attitude. Suicidal patients left without tablets and refused help by management. the amazing reception staff run that place, not the management....

Appalling not my fault/not my problem attitude. Huge dip in basic care skills from admin team which is NOT the fault of a pandemic but plain lack of interpersonal skills. Don't take complaints seriously - the attitude is "well is wasn't me" or "well we struggle too" when a patient is struggling because you have not done your jobs regarding something ongoing from the middle of last year! YOU are the surgery. Try being proactive and empathetic instead of blame shifting. The condescending attitude from older team member is not missed and the incapability to accept fault. "What do you want me to do" after clearly stating the issue shows you are defensive and NOT listening. When patients of YEARS suddenly has to make multiple complaints in a short space of time maybe look within? Will be leaving asap. Don't allow these surgeries to collect money for having you as a patient whilst consistently dropping the ball. You'd be better of diagnosing yourself. Shame as there are two great doctors - unless they've also left.

I'm so fed up with this GP!!!! Firstly the app in which is needed to order repeat prescriptions is awful. Constantly can't order things as a review is needed every month. Never had this with my old practice. I've had prescriptions go to different pharmacies and not my named one. Receptionist just says she doesn't know how this happens either. The minimum time for someone to answer the phone is 40mins......over an hour for someone to answer the phone is disgraceful!!!!! Then when you get to speak to someone there is no apology and Receptionist is rude!!!!!! SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!!

YOU NEED TO SORT YOUR PHONES OUT! Look at your reviews there is a serious issue! 40 minutes as caller number one isn't acceptable. Instead of your half hearted copy and paste reply - sort it out!

I called to make an appointment 50 minutes in line finally when I was 1st in line I was disconnected I called again and only after 45 minutes I was connected so much time wasted. And this is not the first time you are 1st in line and get disconnected
