        Been there yesterday for a physio appointment Never met the physiotherapist, the doctor Ive met supposed to send me a text with exercise for my shoulder. But never got it,Ive rang them up to chase it.. still nothing. So this is how Nhs treat weeks of shoulder pain.. they just dont bother

        Only went to greenfields as I couldn't see anyone at my surgery, think the doctor gets paid just for attending and not actually doing anything, he'd already made his mind up what was wrong with me before even looking at me , wouldn't even listen to me explain what was wrong , told me to shush for 20 seconds after asking me what was wrong , and all he wanted to do was sign me off work for 2 weeks!!! Overall service, not impressed at all

        Please don't register with them. The appointment system just doesn't work and they never pickup the phone, it's ridiculous.

        My hearing is very poor and I use a hearing aid and I have to repeat the sentence several times for me to understand, but the staff of this treatment center talk to me with kindness and patience.
