This is a terrible medical centre,when trying to get a antibiotic prescription they don't have the doctors or don't really help. Please close this house of deception

This is the absolute worst doctors Ive ever been to, me and my mother went here and we were both appalled by the service. I tried to ring up everyday for over 2 weeks to make an appointment and couldnt get through, finally got through and they told me to ring back at a different time, when I did no one picked up and I was on hold for over an hour. I decided to go into the doctors to make an appointment instead and they told me that I can only make appointments over the phone and asked why I need an appointment, I told them its for my mental health and the receptionist said that Id be waiting a while because its not important enough. My mum has been suffering with her shoulder for over a year and shes been trying to make an appointment for a while as well, when she finally got through the receptionist was sarcastic and told her that theres no appointments available, my mum was obviously upset and crying as she is living in a lot of pain, I understand that they are busy but to disregard her like that is awful, when my mum asked about how shes going to get help the receptionist said theres nothing else that they can do and was very rude to her over the phone and they clearly did not care at all. We have both switched doctors now and we are finally getting the help that we need.
