Trash service!!! Called today to get my sick children seen,, but the rude receptionist was demanding to know whether I want to see a nurse or a doctor,,, which I told her I dont know,, I just know my kids are sick. She then proceeded to say no appointments call back at 8 am which is their favourite thing to say you have a one hour time limit to book an appointment so call at 8 am, come 9 am Never any appointments left and Slight chuckles down the phone. ( very professional) As a Londoner I have never experienced such poverty and pathetic healthcare,,, excited to be leaving this city soon!!! Been up all night with to unwell little ones but make sure you waiting on the phone at 8am or they wont get any treatment!!!

Only ever received great care from Dr Atiomo & the gp its self always manage to get booked in and all staff are great

My mother and Father did not receive good care under this practice, would definitely not recommend

One of the doctors is friendly enough. Near impossible to get an appointment unless you want to wait 2 weeks.

Not exactly happy to be honest. Had a great start with dr atiomo. She did a wonderful job with a small procedure on my chest. However, sorting the correct medications and correct dosages seems to be one hell of a task. I was on pain medication for my osteoarthritis and had become dependant on them. I decided to take myself off a certain opioid pain medication because it just didnt work anymore and was taking them just to feel normal. I was told that it wasnt my fault as my meds werent managed properly in the past by other doctors. After this I sustained an injury which left me in a lot of pain, I was given a weak opioid (codeine) by another doctor for the breakthrough pain. (Small amount) I then received a very unprofessional phone call from her almost telling me off for accepting the medication. I then find out she had called me an addict on my notes. My pain is not being managed at all and am frequently left in extreme pain on a daily basis. Very shoddy care if Im honest. I feel nervous and scared to visit this doctor now In case I am treat like a junkie. Not a very nice feeling when all you want is help.....
