Hi All at Daybrook Medical Practice. I had occasion to visit this practice, had a procedure carried out in my home town in Scotland, & required assistance. I popped in to the Practice to see if they could assist, I first met with 1 of the reception staff, a lovely lady , who too my request to back room staff to see if they could assist, I was approached by Kat, a practice specialist who very kindly offered to assist. Can't praise both enough for their service. Thank you

The service received at this medical practice is excellent. All of the team working here are dedicated and professional, nothing is ever too much trouble and they do their very best each day to get you seen by the right person. A few people stand out, for example, Paul on reception gave some excellent travel advice on covid passports that I wasn't aware of when I was going away in February and Tracey is always helpful and will do what she can to get you an appointment if one is available. Dr Boruch is a firm favourite and is very thorough and will always go above and beyond, and not forgetting the nursing staff who are helpful and polite. Times have changed in recent years and it can be frustrating when you aren't able to get through or see someone on the day, however the telephone system has changed and when I've tried to get through recently I've not had any problems. Please be mindful when you can't get an appointment it isn't the fault of the receptionist, when they are asking what the problem is, they are clearly just needing a few basic details to establish the level of priority and urgency.... be kind.... they really are doing their best.

Hi All at Daybrook Medical Practice.
