        So rude very argumentative when you tell them something isnt right. No wonder this place is never busy its because of their awful attitude and no customer service manners.

        I have been a customer of Tim and his wife for about 15 years now from the shop they had in town and followed them to the shop on Carlton Hill, wouldnt go anywhere else! They are highly professional, super friendly, always welcoming and have never had an issue with my nails they always work hard to give me what I want. I always get compliments on my nails even when trying something new. Love this place! As I said, very welcoming and friendly staff who aim to do their best and give you what you want.

        Rude staff, very overpriced, got glue and polish all over my hand, the boss and his wife were arguing the entire time, very awkward environment
