Fabulous Doctors. Always very efficient and lovely staff on reception. They are very thorough with ensuring you get an appointment and have always shown empathy. Over the past week I have had 3 same day appointments and had no issues at all with getting through to them.

We are experiencing challenging times with our parents who are both registered at this surgery. We have received excellent support. Thanks to Pam, Dr Hopwood and all the admin team.

It all depends who you see at this surgery!!! It is a big lottery now! Dr Liz Jordan was fantastic, knowledgeable, and approachable. With her leaving, I have to put as 1-star as I do not think it is safe for me or my family. All good doctors have left and now the surgery is run by locum doctors and there is no continuity. Telephone consultations and no appointment available until you land up in the casualty for the same problem. Some of the receptionist are sweet in talking but least helpful.

The actual surgery is brilliant and Dr Jordan is fantastic and listens to my mums every need! However Dr Hopwood is the most disrespectful type of human Ive ever met! Hes had my mum in tears after an appointment with him, he will always shifts the blame on to the patient as they are the problem like Depression, Anxiety , severe back pain, A history of mental health. Dr Hopwood acts like he doesnt care for his patients and because of this disease of a man my mum has to go back to the Drs surgery for an appointment to see someone else 2 weeks later. My sister went in with stomach cramps and sickness to see Dr Hopwood, he told her to go home and basically get over it, so she did then a week later with worsening symptoms that got much more severe, asked for an emergency appointment to see Dr Jordan, within 5 mins my sister got rushed into hospital with a burst appendix! So if you take anything from this review avoid Dr Hopwood at all cost!! Lastly getting an appointment is like gold dust so you call up for a consultation for a problem then youre given an time 2/3 weeks later!. What do you do in the meantime? Something needs to happen sooner rather than later!
