        A poor performance can't understand why so far down the queue at 8.03am my wife as medical issues but still cannot get a same day appointment never know it so bad yet when you go into the surgery it's empty why is this

        The whole thing is a Shambles. Blood tests always been cancelled. Doctors not very helpful. Keep going back with the same problems, still nothing gets done. Went to city hospital in the end for blood tests.

        Very poor the GP don't give you any information told to go home and read up about. Second occasion was told I'd receive a phone call to review medicines , 6 weeks later I had to ask for a review. 2 appointments cancelled with asthma nurse after waiting 6 weeks. Doctors are meant to be in a caring profession made to feel I'd wasted my time . Got better advice from the pharmacist next door Definitely Moving from this practise after today's meeting
