I walk from cinderhill to Riverside Bulwell still in the queue and both receptionists sat there talking I also believe they shouldn't need to know your business for a appointment very hard to get appointment or to see same doctor if I could have gave a no star then I would have

After years of frustration I moved to another surgery, never any parking, cancelled repeat prescriptions through the pharmacy which makes them even busier and forced my to go there regularly, half the drs don't take you seriously. Impossible to get through on the phone. Lizzy Brain the nurse is the one 5 star in that place, I would see her any time over the drs, who are different every time so the high turnover says something too
