The receptionists the nurses and the doctor's are lovely but the system is a joke been phoning for nearly 2 weeks no appointments available ring at 8 lines are busy tells you to ring back later when you do your in a big queue then no appointments absolutely disgusting

Was transferred to this surgery from another practise in the last few months. I thought the last place was bad at getting an appointment, but this is a whole new level. I've tried to ring for an appointment on a couple of occasions at different times - every time I've tried, I just get the automated message stating that due to high call volumes, you can't be connected and to "try again later", but I've rang all times of day and never get connected. What use is a doctors that you can never get hold of?! I had to ring 111 to try to find if there was an alternate way to get hold of them, only to be told I'd have to turn up in person and "see what availability they had" or go to the urgent care centre a 25 minute drive away. Absolute rubbish, the worst experience I've ever had. Currently completing my application to move to another doctors. AVOID!!
