I was to collect an order from The cake decorating company and when I wanted to exit the disrespectful driver from PARCELHUB block the exit to loading his parcels , even though there were 100m space in the yard . Told him nicely to reverse just 1m being able to get out , replying That I have to reverse , not to disturb him in any way. Called twice customer service , but pointless . Just a small advice for management as a business owner. Train your drivers properly and make sure they have personality and respect for others . Below I will help you with his REG.
