I was really looking forward to working with this company and on my interview I told the manager I needed to work my notice at my current job before I could start with Eden and the hours I could work was 8am till 2pm,however the lady that interviewed has left and I was given my rota with the area 'manager' called Scott. The hours I was given were absolutely unreasonable! Working 11 hour shifts till 10pm then wanted me to be in for 7am the next day! When I explained to the young manager Tamzin, she basically shrugged and said 'that's scott for you'. I emailed the unreasonable area manager Scot,to explain I couldn't do these hours to which he replied I said on my interview I was fully flexible.i certainly did not! The poor management obviously want to overwork the staff and I never even got asked my bank detais. (Coventry) Jan 11th, 2023

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. They accused me of being overpaid by 70 hours which was not the case at all. I had to spend hours of my own time collecting evidence to prove what shifts I had worked. The response to my evidence was poor and nothing was resolved. I asked for evidence of the overpayment, which they obviously can't provide, and again no reply. I have sent many emails chasing this to have nothing be resolved. Majority of my colleagues have had the same issue with being accused of overpayment, some were in fact underpaid however Eden won't pay up for that. Some of my colleagues were told that everything is finalised and there's nothing they can do now, even though they have sent evidence of all the shifts worked. I was underpaid on one of my payslips which I told them about as soon as the payslips were sent however all I received was another incorrect payslip. I asked for a fast payment which I was told I would receive, yet never did. DO NOT work for this company, they do not appreciate their staff. This company is not to be trusted with your money. A large amount of staff have left due to this, including myself, as staff morale has declined rapidly. Oct 12th, 2021
