        I worked here for 6/7 months, (passed probation but was never informed I did lool) The residents are so lovely and really do make it that bit easier ( 5 stars for them). The professionalism of management is practically non exsistent, very thankful when the seniors were put in place. A negative and catty environment, everyone is ''friends'' until you stand up for yourself or disagree with management, you will be chucked under the bus to save them and before you know it, you have a massive target on your back... very strange. Nothing is confidenital everyone finds out what you believe is confidential between you and management.Turn over of staff is high for multiple reasons. The COMPANY as a WHOLE is great, the management in the home (nottingham city) I worked in really need looking into. You are not valued, no matter how long you have been there or how much work you put in and trust me I know. My last week.. I didn't even get an exit interview, if you ask me they were very happy to see me go. :) P.S - I have never wrote a negative review on a company but it was just a terrible experience.
