        2 weeks and still not heard anything about my disabled grans order. Emails and phone calls not replied too. Poor customer service

        It has been weeks since our free trial of a low vision device. We returned the item promptly but have been chasing the refund with no response from Seeing Solutions! Although initially the representative was prompt at receiving calls, he has vanished entirely since we sent back the item for a refund!! I hope this message gets round to the company.

        Fantastic service! A skilled technician appointment was made and turned up to my Father in Laws home address at no cost and took him through various product which he was able to try. Unfortunately, they identified he had cataracts and needed treatment before they could help, but did offer good advice on changes to his TV setting.
