Waited nearly two hours for two desserts. When they did arrive they was stone cold, and I mean freezing. Very disappointing.

If I could choose to give no stars I would I used to order from here ages ago wanted to give it another try The waffle I just had was thinner than a sheet of paper and freezing Supposed to be the special waffle that only had bananas on and had to pay extra for brownie pieces which should of been on it anyway Had churros they felt like cardboard and had no taste there was more toppings on the boxes and packaging then on the food So disgusting they have gone so downhill

Food is always lovely and friendly staff too :) Edited: 21/7/22 Omg my review still stands I wish i could give them 10 stars just for customer service to bring the rating up because it's brought down by people who have ordered delivery and want their money back. But if you actually are rating the service from going in I think it would be a totally different story for those with negative reviews Yousaf and his other co-worker (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!) Gave me some of the best laughs and whoever their boss is should give them more money!
