would rate a 0 if i could. All food came cold and an hour late, after we got told it would take 20 minutes. Paid for 2 ice cream tubs, only 1 came. Mini pancakes came completely different to what i ordered. It said online "crushed up chocolate, strawberries, nutella" and we got nutella TINY pancakes with strawberry sauce.

Order took 1hour 40 to arrive and was 30 minutes late. We are understanding if there is a good reason but tried to call the number several times and no response at all. When it finally arrived, the driver didnt apologise or show once ounce of regret for our wait. Absolutely disgusting and will not be ordering from here again, please take note! Pathetic!!! Dont get me started on the cold and disgraceful food, vile.

Avoid at all cost!! The worst dessert shop in Nottingham. Very rude staff and no customer service. They sent me off and slimy milk in the milkcake and refused to accept the mistake made by them. When confronted Instead of accepting the staff was very rude and couldnt accept it. The staff Need speech lessons on how to speak to customers and need to double check the food standards before delivering out of date food. Vile staff and even worse desserts!
